Our Mission

Chhikara Law is a New York immigration and business law firm serving clients across New York, the United States, and internationally, including India and beyond. You work directly with Neelam Chhikara from your first consultation through resolution, not an intake team or a rotating paralegal.

Before founding the firm, Neelam spent over six years as a prosecutor handling firearms and drug trafficking cases, experience that shapes how she builds a case: methodically, anticipating exactly what a reviewing officer or judge will scrutinize. She is also a USPTO patent bar–registered attorney, giving the firm a path into patent and business law that most immigration practices can't offer.

The firm handles employment-based immigration, student-based petitions, family-based petitions, consular processing, and business formation and compliance for entrepreneurs building in the US.
